In accordance with the Presidential Decree, employees of government bodies and organizations are required to register online via the census.stat.uz portal.

Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 19, 2025,
No. PF-173 “On Conducting the Population and Agricultural Census in the Republic of Uzbekistan”
(https://lex.uz/docs/7735323), an important nationwide event will be held from January 15 to February 28, 2026.

The census process will be organized in two stages:

Stage 1: January 15–31
For 17 days, online registration will be available through the census.stat.uz website using the OneID system.

To ensure the implementation of this Decree, registration activities are actively being carried out at Urganch Innovation University.
