The “TalabaExpo-2025” career exhibition has officially started at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni, aiming to support graduating youth, ensure their employment, and promote entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives.

The event is being held within the framework of the “A Step into the Future” project in cooperation with the National Bank of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment, the Khorezm Regional Administration, the Youth Affairs Agency, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

More than 10,000 students and graduates from all higher education institutions of the region are participating in the exhibition. Over 130 major employers are offering more than 1,300 job vacancies, including internship and traineeship opportunities.

The main goal of the exhibition is to facilitate graduate employment, identify career paths, and support business initiatives.
