A presentation of Professor Qahramon Rajabov’s books “Shaybani Khan,” “Ubaydullah Khan,” and “Abdullah Khan” was held with the participation of the faculty members of Urgench Innovation University.

The event was organized as part of the nationwide reading celebration held under the motto “35 Books for the 35th Anniversary”, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was opened by N. Matyakubov, First Vice-Rector of the University for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, Associate Professor, who spoke about the rich scholarly legacy of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor and recipient of the “Mehnat Shuhrati” Order, Qahramon Rajabov.

Following the opening remarks, Qahramon Rajabov spoke about the creation of his historical works “Shaybani Khan,” “Ubaydullah Khan,” and “Abdullah Khan,” as well as their content, significance, and historical value. Created as a result of many years of research, these works emphasize the importance of studying our great history more deeply, because we have a rich historical heritage of which we can be proud and from which future generations can learn.

A particularly significant aspect of the event was the valuable new information presented personally by the author, which received special appreciation from the university’s faculty members.

The event concluded with a question-and-answer session. Teachers who teach history and have a deep interest in the subject emphasized that they would share the new knowledge gained during the event with students, recommend these historical works to young people, and expressed their anticipation of further outstanding and valuable works from the author.
