A meeting titled "Leaders and Youth" was held at Urgench Innovation University.

The event was attended by D. Jumaniyazov, Head of the City Department of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment; A. Eshmetov, Specialist of the Regional Department of the Committee on Religious Affairs; R. Davletova, Deputy Mayor of Urgench and Head of the Family and Women’s Affairs Department; and entrepreneur R. Qurbanboyeva. They discussed that supporting young people in all aspects, ensuring their employment, working individually with different groups of youth, and finding solutions to their problems have become priorities at the level of state policy.

They also emphasized the importance of listening to students' concerns, helping to overcome obstacles they face, and encouraging interest in IT and entrepreneurship.

Additionally, during the event, issues related to offenses and crime among youth, measures to prevent such negative situations, as well as the rights, duties, and responsibilities of young people were discussed.
