Ishmuratov Madamin Jumabaevich was born on May 23, 1964 in the Gurlansky district of the Khorezm region. In 1982, he entered the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Tashkent State University and successfully graduated in 1989. Since 1988, he has worked as a translator at the Consulate of the former Soviet Union in Mazar-I-Sharif, Republic of Afghanistan.
From 1989 to 1991, he studied at the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. He worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Manuscripts. Suleymanova.
From 1991 to 2022, he worked fruitfully as a teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor, deputy dean, dean of the faculty at Urgench State University.
M.Ishmuratov is a member of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
Ishmuratov Madamin Jumabaevich is an experienced specialist in Arabic and Persian languages.
In 2002, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on "The mythological layer in the Avesta". He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Terminology of public administration in Khorezm-Turkic historiography".. He is the author of 5 monographs, 3 pamphlets, and about 100 scientific papers.
The following scientific works were carried out by Ishmuratov Madamin Jumabaevich over the past 3 (three) years. In particular, in collaboration with Umidbek Bekmukhammad, the monograph "Processes and historiography in the history of Khorezm" (18.0 p.t.), the monograph "Analysis of sources on the history of Khorezm and historiography" (11.5 p.t.), the monograph "Orientalists of Talpingan in the East" (10.0 p.t.), the monograph "Sources on the history of Khorezm" (10.0 p.t.).
Ishmuratov Madamin Jumabaevich founded the limited liability company "Young Orientalists" in February 2021 with the aim of creating a non-governmental higher educational institution.
In July 2022, the limited liability company "Young Orientalists" was transformed into a non-governmental educational institution "Urgench Innovation University". On November 4, 2022, a license was issued to the non-governmental educational institution Urgench Innovation University.
By the decision of the founders' meeting on November 14, 2022, M.Ishmuratov was appointed rector of the non-governmental educational institution Urgench Innovation University.
Ishmuratov Madamin Jumabaevich was awarded medals and badges of our government for faithful services to the Motherland.
Among others, he was awarded the medal of the former Soviet Union "For Bravery" (1987), the medal of the Republic of Afghanistan "10th Anniversary of the Savr Revolution" (1988), the badge of the non–governmental organization "Faithful Children of the Motherland - a devoted Man" (2022)..
At the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Ishmuratov Madamin Jumabaevich, the Union of Combatants, Veterans and Disabled People of Uzbekistan "Veteran" was awarded by the Urgench city branch of the Khorezm region with the badge "Followers of Jaloliddin" and medals "Veteran-30" on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Union.
