Makhmudov Umrbek was born in Khorezm, in 1991. He graduated from the Department of History at  Urgench State University.

The winner of the scholarship established by the Trade Union in 2012
 Honorable II place winner in the History Olympiad (specialization) held among students of Higher education in 2013
 The State scholarship named after Alisher Navoi in 2013
There have been published more than 30 articles in national and international scientific journals.
